Ignitionary is built and operated by Uptimize Solutions LLC. It is not a venture-backed startup or a rebadged reseller product: it is a tool that came out of consulting work, built by the people who kept needing it.
Where it came from
We spent 25 years building and integrating the systems manufacturers actually run: ERP, CAD, shop-floor data, and the spreadsheets holding the quoting process together in between. Every project hit the same bottleneck. Sales waits on engineering to check whether a configuration can be built. Engineering waits on sales to clarify what the customer meant. The quote goes out days later, and sometimes it goes out wrong.
Ignitionary is the tool we kept wishing existed on those projects. The heating element engagement is where it started: more than 200 engineering formulas moved out of fragile spreadsheets into a configurator with validation on every input. The patterns proven there are what the platform now productizes, and the configurator embedded on our homepage is a direct descendant of that work.

The engineering rules in Ignitionary were encoded alongside working manufacturers, not designed in the abstract.
What that means for you
The people who build Ignitionary are the people who have done the integration work on the other side of it. When we say an ERP connector reads your item cards and writes back a sales order, that is a description of work we have delivered, not a roadmap item.
It also means we are small. There is no 24/7 support line and no community forum, and we say so on the homepage FAQ rather than implying otherwise. What you get instead is direct access to the people who wrote the rules engine.
Uptimize Solutions also builds DynamoDocs and works with manufacturers on ERP, CAD and shop-floor integration outside Ignitionary. If your problem turns out not to be a configurator, we will tell you that.
